My name is Reece and I've spent the last decade of my life working in battery research at some of the most innovative battery labs in both industry and academia. Prior to getting into batteries, I served as a helicopter mechanic/door-gunner in the Marine Corps, where I cultivated my skills as a wrench turner. In my spare time I enjoy building homegrown electric vehicles, promoting scientific literacy, writing, and pretending to know how to play guitar. I currently live in Somerville, Massachusetts with my wife and our very barky dog, Bella.
My name is Natasha. I'm a battery engineer with 8+ years of experience in battery research, testing, and manufacturing. I previously worked at a battery startup where I was part of a small team of scientists and engineers that scaled a novel battery technology from R&D to low-volume manufacturing. I've lived in (4) countries and am what's known as a "Third Culture Kid". In my free time, I enjoy pretending like I'm on the show Chopped and love creating fusion dishes. I enjoy playing my guitar and boxing, although not at the same time.
